The 144 feint ruled printed pages are printed on white Certified Sustainably Sourced recycled paper, Smyth sewn for strength and durability. Also included, both on Certified Sustainably Sourced paper, are a standard pre-printed advertising wrap and up to 4 pages of special matter, tipped in to either the front or the back of the notebook.
