The Heavy Duty Cross Base is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use and is suitable for all flags. Your Feather Flag slots and secures onto the central rod allowing the flag to rotate 360. The Cross Base shipped flat packed and is quick and simple to assemble. A separate Water Ring is recommended for extra stability; these can be purchased separately.
